Gain Health!: Ironman Augusta 70.3 - 67 Days to go
http://hayneshealth.blogspot.com/2009/07/ironman-augusta-703-67-days-to-go.html
This is a blog that chronicles my journey to health and the many workouts along the way! Wednesday, July 22, 2009. Ironman Augusta 70.3 - 67 Days to go. Anyway, that weekend a group of us were going to do a sprint triathlon. It was the "Lake City Tobacco Festival Triathlon"! We went down the day before the race, carbo loaded with spagetti, and attended the pre-race meeting. Isn't that funny they had a pre-race meeting for a sprint? It's great to be back in the game! Gain Health!: Incredibly... I'm Large!
http://hayneshealth.blogspot.com/2008/08/incredibly-im-large.html
This is a blog that chronicles my journey to health and the many workouts along the way! Tuesday, August 5, 2008. Incredibly. I'm Large! I was disappointed but not surprised that I'd gained weight during the past month of moving, packing, vacations, and travel. I'm already back "in training" and working off those pounds and working toward new lows. I went to the changing room, tried it on, then modeled it for the kids. It did fit! The proof is in the picture above. Incredibly. I'm Large! August 6, 2008 a...

Gain Health!: Thai Boxing
http://hayneshealth.blogspot.com/2008/06/thai-boxing.html
This is a blog that chronicles my journey to health and the many workouts along the way! Monday, June 23, 2008. Today I got to try my hand (and feet) at Thai boxing. The resort has free lessons several times a week as part of their fitness program. After 20 minutes of warm up and initial instruction, I got to punch, kick, and knee the instructor over the next half hour. While I got in some good connects, I'm still sore the next morning. Posted by William and Cindy Haynes. Come with me for my morning ride!

Haynes Family Mission: Vacation Bible School
http://haynesfamilymission.blogspot.com/2008/03/vacation-bible-school.html
YWAM Chaing Rai, Thailand. Saturday, March 15, 2008. We had a VBS yesterday in a nearby Karin Hilltribe Village. It went great and there were about 40 kids there. Andy Clark, from Simpsonville First Baptist Church, did a great job presenting the plan of salvation using the evangicube. And about 10 children accepted Christ as their savior! Haynes Healthcare – Process Improvement & Technology Re-design for Healthcare
Process Improvement and Technology Re-design for Healthcare. Are these daily challenges your organization faces? Providers frustrated with how hard they are working? Patient satisfactions scores and retention rates dropping? Denied claims and lost revenue because your back office revenue cycle team cannot keep pace with the workload do to all the re-work? Today in healthcare, you cannot change a process without also changing a system. One discipline alone will not solve the problem.

Karger’s algorithm d3 visualization. This entry was posted in Uncategorized. January 31, 2014. What can we measure? What do we want to measure? This post is a continuation of the last post. SNPs, maybe CNV’s but no idea where those are in the genome. So we can find De Novo SNPs (SNPs we otherwise didn’t know to look for with a SNP chip). Okay, so that is what we will find, but what other differences exist that we will not find? What is their importance? This entry was posted in Uncategorized.

Haynes, Her Way
Haynes, Her Way. My Life and Opinions. So, I'm 28. I guess some people might feel old when they turn 28, I don't know. I don't. I feel about the same as I did when I turned 27. I'm still in my late 20's, so it's not as if 28 is some chronological milestone I should feel some sort of way about. Several of the kids went in together to get me a necklace with a working. Carabiner from Rock Climbing Jewelry. On Etsy, and Yardena bought me a fingerboard-shaped chew toy for our future dog(s). It really wasn't t...
