My Journey Back to ME. Reflections while following the HCG Protocal. Monday, July 26, 2010. We were gone over the weekend to our cabin. I did not take my drops, so I was 2 days without them and my eating.well lets just say that I tried to stick to an atkins approach and stick with proteins.I did well with no cheating with carbs and sugars. I Have Been Weighting for You. Health, food and dieting. Sunday, May 20, 2012. Well as noticed, I went TOTALLY a-wall and right back into throwing up my food unfortunately. I did not lose any more wait and am on P3 now. I am running now, signed up for a 10 mile race to help keep me going. Wednesday, May 9, 2012. Well people; I totally went A-wall. Yesterday on VLCD16 I only ate my protein and an apple and drank about a gallon of water. I am down .8 today. Sunday, May 6, 2012. Sorry for the missing posts!

I Have Been Weighting for You. Health, food and dieting. Thursday, April 21, 2011. First day of P3. I am reluctant to say that hardly survived the last round. I only lost 13 lbs in 21 days which is a bit disappointing, but at the same time I am happy to have lost that much at all. This time proved to just about break me.
