Thousand years ago, as primitive beings, we lived a ground based life. All those activities required SQUATTING and if you couldn't squat, you had a hard time functioning. Think about today's life, we still have to squat no matter what. We don't even think about it, we do it every single day of our life but do we squat correctly? Is there a proper way to do it?

Technique: Perform the exercises slowly, avoiding sudden jerking movements. Frequency: Do 1-3 sets of 5-20 repetitions, 3-4 days per week (unless otherwise indicated).
