I was tough and invincible and never looked towards the future. Then behold, one day I awoke and found myself older, very over weight and in very bad health. Does this sound familiar? Did you know that we shouldn’t expect to live Healthy when we fill our cabinets and refrigerators with Ding Dongs, Potato Chips, Pizza and Pop just to name a few.
