This recipe calls for the standard. Plus an added kick of jalapenos! Healthy chips (gluten free which I like best) can be found here. Healthy and Realistic ways to eat well and keep fit. March 22, 2015. I had to do another post on this stuff. Lately my mornings have started with a matcha green tea latte as opposed to a coffee. It gives me wayyyy more energy than my normal Americano and the energy lasts throughout the day. I have been trying to wean myself off coffee for a while (I drink way too much) so if I can keep it to one cup a day I am doing well. 1/4 cup boiling water. 3/4 cup almond milk (or any type of milk).
