Ca 10 små plättar. 1/2 dl mjöl (havremjöl, vete, graham mm). 1/2 dl kvarg 0.1. 2 1/2 tsk stevia. Blanda allt och stek på medelvärme :). Receptet är från improveme.se/fitspooration. Enligt henne innehåller det 186 kcal*. Innehåller hela receptet 186 kcal eller en pannkaka? Nyttig och god pizza.

I fredags lyckades jag med en sak jag trodde var omöjligt, jag pushade mig själv hela tiden och hjärnan skrek stoopp om och om igen, men jag lyckades! Sprang över en mil (12km) på 60 minuter i 5 minuters intervaller där jag skiftade hastighet mellan 11,12 och 13 km/h var femte minut- sjukt! Och känslan efteråt . Wow! En underbar quote: Don't ask me why I run, ask yourself why you don't. Nyttig och god pizza.

Minns inte vart jag hittade receptet. Pizza 1 pers. 225 grader. 1/2 dl kvarg/turkisk yoghurt. Blanda ihop allt till en smet och kleta ut till en fyrkant/cirkel på oljat bakplåtspapper. Grädda i 5-6 minuter. På med topping (tomatsås, skinka, lök, tomat, ost? Och in i ugn i 5-10 minuter till. Mumma kardemumma!

Lunchade på denna supergoda tunnbrödspizza, perfekt när man får pizzacravings :). 1 burk makrill i tomatsås. 0,5-1 dl keso. Sätt ugnen på 200 grader. Hacka makrillen och bred ut på tunnbrödet tillsammans med tomatsåsen. Skiva tomat och lägg på den och ruccolan. Klicka på keso lite här och där. Skjuts in i ugn i sisådär 10 minuter. Njut! Testade sötpotatis för första gången idag, riktigt smarrigt! 200 g rå blomkål.

Brownie: 1-2 pers, 200 grader. 2 1/2 msk mjöl. 1 tsk stevia strö. 1 msk agave sirap/ sugarfree syrup. Blanda alla torra ingredienser till kakan och tillsätt sedan de blöta. Bred ut i en 11 cm form störad med kokos. Grädda i ca 10 minuter. Bred på frostingen och hugg in! Nyttig och god pizza.
