Friday, November 1, 2013. How I lost 15 lbs in October! Several years ago I started a diet and exercise program and lost a total of 55 lbs. I was down to my pre-wedding weight and I was excited! Unfortunately due to several factors I gained that weight back within a year. The one thing that I always wished I had done at the time was record the process of how I did it. The ups, the downs, the inconsistency, the frustration, the landmarks, the wins, etc. Why did it work? Why wasn't it working for me now.
