We are on a QUEST 4 HEALTH! We can use this blog to comment, advise, and help motivate one another! Wednesday, October 19, 2011. Had whole wheat shredded wheat for breakfast with milk. Got in a great workout followed by a banana and small protein bar. Had tilapia and salad for lunch with water. For a snack I had a protein milk. For dinner I had baked salmon filet, roast broccoli, spinach salad w/olive oil and lemon juice, and small amount of wild long grain rice with lots of carrots and zucchini mixed in.
