I am also the author of;. Wednesday, October 7, 2009. This recipe comes from my Mom and it is SO easy. Chicken Ranch Dressing = Chicken Salad. I actually made this for a lunch to take camping and I used canned chicken {you can find it right next to canned tuna}. You just drain the chicken and pull it apart with a fork and mix it with Ranch Dressing, salt and pepper. If you like celery {yuck! In your chicken salad then I guess you could add that too!
