She’s doing work for her master’s thesis is developmental engineering, her specialty is water systems. Unfortunately, the water system in Cochabamba is in desperate need of developmental engineers and gave her typhoid. She spent 10 days in the hospital and had just gotten out when I came to visit. Travels in Boliva and Elsewhere. Legal internship in La Paz, Bolivia and traveling. The town of Iguazu, Argentinais basically just a place for tourists to stay to visit the falls. I stayed at a nice, large hostel right by the bus station. There were lots of hotels and restaurants and that was about it but it still didn’t have an annoying tourist feel like a lot of places like that have. Travels in Boliva and Elsewhere. Legal internship in La Paz, Bolivia and traveling. I was able to do a little traveling while I was there. I went to Lake Titicaca which is an amazing place. It’s only 3 hours or so from La Paz and freezing but very beautiful. I stayed on the Sun Island and spent a lot of time hiking around. The part of Argentina we drove through is like their mid-west, it’s just a bunch of land in between places you might want to be. I saw a little of it when the sun came up this morning.
