Tuesday, October 23, 2012. Almost) A Week Away. Well, almost two weeks ago the girls and I took a last minute and very unplanned trip back to Phoenix. I went to spend some time with my mom and Sandy and Done took care of the girls. They had an awesome time with Grandma and Grandpa. In fact, when I finally saw Madilyn again Monday evening (for the first time since Thursday morning), I asked her, "did you miss me? And she responded, "not really." Not really? Not even a little? And a bit of mischief, too!

What fun it is to be surrounded by princesses and make-believe. To have tea parties and play dress up. Sunday, June 24, 2012. Well, it had to happen sooner or later, I suppose. We have been so blessed to have Matt working from home since early May. Today marked the first day of a short TDY and I found it a bit tough to get back in the groove. Silly, huh? Oh well. We made it just fine. I decided to keep the girls busy today to help pass the time. Of course, they both asked for Daddy several times during the day. Love having little ones who admire their Daddy so :). Okay, and a little dance practice, too.
