Thainan Chicken ขุนทอง - 地標性的速食泰串. 中環皇后大道中的Coach 旗艦店換成adidas 專門店後,彷彿失去了一個標誌性的集合地標;跟人說「adidas 門口等」,對方總會呆望幾秒,有些會想到「哦即是舊時Coach 那兒」,有些仍會記不起。說「泰式串燒店」等,反而明我者眾。這座落在和安里街口的泰式串燒店開業大概一年,但憑著惹味的香氣和抵吃的價位,深得上班族和夜遊人的心;最近還在隔壁開了名為 Thainan Chicken ขุนทอง 的附屬店,在內可以點更多泰國美食外,最重要是不再需要捱累立食了。 中環實在沒有港式的街頭小食可以快捷又便宜的填個肚(便利店叮客燒賣魚蛋的當然不算),這家賣泰式串燒的Grill ขุนทอง 可以頂替一下,主要是因為其親民的價位和串燒這「豐儉」及「飽餓」由人的特點。十餘廿元一串烤肉,跟酒吧內吃不飽人但不算便宜的煎炸食物,我寧願在喝酒前先以前者填肚打底了。 串燒中特意沒有點豬頸肉,因為點上了這客沙律。跟鳳爪的調味相似,但辣椒放得重手了,友人沒有我般嗜辣而要灑手投降。豬頸肉的份...起初還怕吃不完半隻雞,但其實沒有廣東燒味中的白切雞...

若果月曆上突然多出廿四小時,時間可以不著跡的過,我會選擇吃和睡。「只懂吃和睡,做豬咩?」對,像豬,但其實不易,要懂得放開,比伸手擁抱更難。不做任何事的平靜諧和,奢侈得很。本就是人的原慾和基本需要,但偏偏馬不停蹄的都市人,睡不好,靜不下來。先是讓人睡一會、蹓躂一會的「躺室」,後是滿足甜品肚的「糖室」,兩個勇於嘗試的九十後,從人的基本需要著手,最近詢眾要求下開了一家甜品輕食店。什麼九十後創業呀開店呀之類的勵志故事耳熟能詳,也不必多費筆墨;令我有深刻印象的,卻是小店的位置和定位。 說起來連自己都覺得出奇,身為一等一抹茶控的我,京林屋開張已半年才第一次到訪。貴為京都老字號,雖同樣在香港設首間海外分店,但比勁敵中村藤吉還要老百多年,分店都較多,開業初期的確吸引了不少追抹茶潮的人造訪。事至今天,隊仍是要排,不過短得多了。週五晚上九時多這旺場時間,排上十分鐘左右便入座,可以接受。 Rotiboy Bakeshoppe - 聞風而至,吃風而逃. 每早能夠睜開眼,其實已經是恩賜,過了七小時的黑夜,我還活著。當然,有令人期待的美食做目標,這份恩賜添上了一份期盼,再沒有賴床的惰性作祟了。要八時左右到達中環,即是要六時多起床,不算太難,只要晚上捨得放下手機和不搶精靈球、早點鑽進被窩就做到。能扚起心肝做就行,就像我寫文一樣,擱筆一會兒,勁兒和墨水好像都拾不回,就是欠了一份推動力。 坐忘 - 知足之樂,不假外求. 有麝自然香,何必當風颺。不用花巧的賣相,不用賣廣告宣傳,簡單的賣個日式家庭料理都可以門庭若市。小店開業四年,一直安守本分、不忘初衷的做好自己以咖喱和蔬菜作主打的健康料理。外邊吹一會停一會的潮物從沒在餐牌裡出現過,也不會聯乘什麼卡通人物招徠。不用問鼎什麼十強、一百強,做好自己,自有留客處。 Le Rêve - 寫在 18 n 的夢想樓閣.
