Oct 28, 2013. 咖啡 (14 Sept 2007). 一向很抗拒喝咖啡，因為覺得咖啡是熱氣之物。自己體質容易上火，深怕喝了咖啡會引致豆豆大爆發。近日精神實在撐不下去，上星期六便向同事要了一包三合一的藍山咖啡，希望能幫助提神。用了半包咖啡粉的份量開了一小杯，第一口咖啡的味道確實與廿四味無異，很苦。隨後我硬著頭皮把剩餘的喝掉。不消五分鐘，咖啡的神奇功效開始發揮作用︰頭腦漸漸從渾沌中清醒過來，集中力也逐漸回復，意識突然清晰起來。這個星期我已一連三天，每天喝一杯咖啡，血液中彷彿充滿著咖啡因。咖啡的氣味一直在我腦中纏繞不散，今早不禁又喝了一杯，咖啡的那股香氣仍在口腔中徘徊。我一飲得多Ｃｏｆｆｅｅ就會心跳加速，所以好少飲，只係戒唔到Ｍ記的焦糖涷Ｃｏｆｆｅｅ　. 我愛喝咖啡，好香，但可惜對它已毫無反應 . 哈哈，我就一定要早餐飲咖啡，我又唔覺得好熱氣喎．唔好飲過量就冇問題啦．正如我都有舖奶茶引) 不過, 不論係心理或是咖啡因的原因, 都會令精神抖擻一陣子! 不過, 不要飲太多太濃呀, 對個胃唔好架! 打風 (11 Aug 2007). 低乳糖牛奶 (10 Aug 2007). 三月初&#652...
