Congratulations to Dr. Ben Gale, who graduated from the University of Reading on December 12th 2008. We wish him every success in his future. We would like to welcome Helen, Laura, Lynsey, Maria and Omalade to the HeliX Group. They are joining us as part of their respective final year programmes, and we are looking forward to working with them! History of the HeliX Group. DNA (see J. Med. Chem. 1999, 42,536-540). The atomic resolution structure of this complex, which has recently been accepted for publication, shows that the drug is able to adopt multiple conformations when bound to DNA.

Helix Analysis
Is a facility for working between solid state NMR data for an alpha-helix and a structural description of the helix. In the current implimentation, the helical wheel projection (see 'Projections' tab) and peptide net charge calculator (see 'pH' tab) are working. The helix 'Build', CSA, and DC 'Spectra' calculations are very premature.
