Leave a Video Voicemail! In addition to playing a pre-recorded message when someone is detected, you can now set your outgoing message to Video Voicemail! This new feature will prompt visitors to "leave a message" for you, that you can review later. The messages available for this feature are all of the pre-recorded messages (including seasonal ones), the " chime message. And the new Video Voicemail feature! Im Getting False Detections or Missed Detections. If your Kuna is detecting too much or too little, you can adjust the sensitivity yourself. For complete instructions, check out this article. First, go to the Cameras tab and tap on the small gear icon on the preview thumbnail for the light you want to adjust. Next, scroll to the bottom of the camera settings view to the Motion Sensitivity slider. 100 is most sensitive, 0 is least sensitive. Click the Contact Us button below. M-F 8:30am to 3:30pm PST.
