Install the VidyoMobile Application:. Follow the link below for the appropriate VIdyoMobile. Software. If you are browsing or searching the iTunes store ensure you are not installing the VidyoRemote software. Connect To A Conference:. After installation of software, click on the link provided to you by K20video or the person who scheduled the conference. Desktop Software - K20Video Help

To participate in a conference with the VidyoDesktop software:. Download and install the appropriate VidyoDesktop software at http:/ vcportal.k20video.org. The software will prompt you for information for the VidyoPortal, Username and Password. The software only needs to be running, you do not need any login credentials for this. Now that the software is open, return to the email provided to you by K20video or the individual who created the conference, and click the link for the conference.
