Always drink upstream from the herd. My first deer, December 2009. Hunting is a pursuit I’m thrilled to enjoy these days with the only regret being I didn’t take up the sport at an earlier age. I’ve got 20 years of lost experience to make up for, but that can’t be undone. Onward we go, and eagerly anticipate the 2014 deer season. Swim Bike. Run. Write. My goal for 2014 is to improve my swimming and biking, and complete the Double Mussel and REV3 Poconos 70.3 races. I'm in the process of moving from Rochester to Albany, and am looking forward to making some new friends! I had the crazy idea to try and bike around all eleven Finger Lakes this summer. At first I thought it was just that, crazy, then a coworker told me it could indeed be done. And actually it doesn't look too bad. Miles from Rochester: 34 (40 mins). Can I swim there?
