I woke up at went to Trader Joe’s for grocery shopping 10 mins after it opened. Haha! I just finished making lunch for this week. I'm charting my journey to a healthier me! Monday, February 23, 2009. I feel so lost without my scale! Two more weeks. I can do this! I got up every morning last week and completed a Turbo Jam workout. Yay me! I ran twice last week as well. I ate ok. could have been better. So far I'm off to a great start if you scratch that chocolate chip cookie I had last night :)! Monday, February 16, 2009. I'm a scale addict. For stats sake, as of today I weigh 155lbs. Wish me luck. with everything! Well, it showed!

I'm charting my journey to a healthier me! Monday, December 29, 2008. My favorite moment from the NBA finals this year was Kevin Garnett yelling at the top of his lungs. "ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! I've been saying it a lot this year in reference to a lot of things. I haven't done the best job of updating this blog as this year has gone on, but it has been a great way of documenting my progress. I've lost 40 pounds this year! I'm proud of me! One of the best changes in me is that I care about how I look now!

I'm charting my journey to a healthier me! Sunday, March 15, 2009. Did I tell you I ordered Chalean Extreme? Well, I did! And so far, I am in pain! But, I love it! If you don't know much about it, here goes my short summary:. It a strength training program from Chalene (founder of Turbo Jam). It's motto: Muscle burn fat. Well, I sure hope so! I'm charting my journey to a healthier me! Friday, February 13, 2009. It's that time again! I've got to truly start preparing for the Peachtree Road Race. Last year was a lot of fun. So, I went out yesterday for a run. It's been a little bit since I last ran (maybe December was the last time? Well, it showed! Boy have I got some work to do! I was getting a little discouraged about not seeing any loss in about a month. It's becoming a pattern. I'll stall out every 10 pounds. It happened at 185, 175 and 165. I've been running and my new cardio love. Tae Bo. why had I forgotten about Billy? He's really good for my endurance too! I will finish that race and earn my t-shirt. So, the weigh in.

I only exercised maybe 3 times last week. My goal for the end of June is to weigh 155, so I've got to get moving and eating well! I'm charting my journey to a healthier me! Tuesday, February 26, 2008. It's been a few days but. I've got news! I'm still here and doing well! It's been a busy weekend and beginning of the week. But I've kept up with exercising and eating right. It's that awful time and the month, so hopefully I'm not retaining or gaining too much. Oh! I started week 4 today of the Couch 2 5k. Um damn! Run for 5 minutes? But I did it! Wanna know what I did after the first 5 minute run? I got a job! I start on Monday!
