Saturday, September 27, 2014. We have been learning about Ancient Egypt recently. So, of course, we had to make a mummy. We turned this poor Dora stuffed doll into a mummy following the correct procedure. They even cut a hole in her nose and took out her brains (stuffing). The kids did a great job and really remember how a mummy is made. Sunday, September 21, 2014. We have really enjoyed learning about Egypt. We have especially enjoyed all the projects. Wednesday, May 20, 2015. Our dance studio always does a fun and exciting end of year production instead of a regular recital. We really love the productions; it is one of the reasons we love our studio. This year was Lion King and Charlotte was Little Nala. She did a great job remembering everything she had to do! Rae Family: Crazy Soccer Time

Thursday, May 7, 2015. All three kids played soccer this year. It was a little crazier than I expected. Three games every Saturday and 3-4 practices a week made for a busy couple of months. Overall they all had fun. Westley improved this year, especially in his shooting ability. He scored a goal and his time one more than one game, which is an improvement from last year. Jenna had a good year too. There were many new girls on her team and they improved a ton over the season. Visitors Since May 2009.

Friday, January 2, 2015. We had a great Christmas this year! We had Ben's parents over and really enjoyed our time together. The kids came up with their own costumes for the nativity. Westley was able to sing All I Want for Christmas is My Two Front Teeth, because he lost the second one on Christmas morning. He woke up with it on his tongue. Sunday, June 21, 2015. Westley was recently baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He was very excited and invited all his friends and family. Friday, October 24, 2014. Our homeschool group went to the farm for a field trip and we had a great time. We ran (literally) through the corn maze. Played on some farm toys and learned about farm animals. We also went on a hayride and picked some pumpkins from the pumpkin patch. It is always fun to throw corn! Monday, June 29, 2015. Westley recently started Cub Scouts and quickly earned his Bobcat. He LOVES scouts so far and is passing requirements off very quickly. Monday, December 22, 2014. We have had a great year full of tons of activities. Ben stays busy with work (still at Washington City), coaching the kids’ teams, working with the Young Men, and continually redesigning the yard. Jill has been busy homeschooling the kids and participating in Heritage Choir. She has also been the Director of her homeschool co-op this year. Saturday, December 20, 2014.
