http://subeesews.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 30, 2015. I was having fun until OCD set in. I was having fun until OCD set in. I have been using my 1 1/2" squares as Leaders and Enders all this past week. And loving how many I was making. I pieced a top for my second daughter's birthday and two copies for Project Linus. The Leaders and Enders then became a major sewing exercise that required no brain work. And a few more days of blissful sewing happened. I did not take a nap. I slowly reached for my sorted by color container. ...I the...

A Blog About Things That Matter To Me. Wednesday, October 5, 2011. All kinds of foolishness has been going on in my life but I won't bore you with the details. My family is intact and functioning well just in case you were wondering. In between it all, I have been working hard on getting my entire house in order, digging through decades of stuff, brutally tossing, organizing, and just trying to create a well functioning home once again. Dip the leaves into the embossing powder. Cut a piece of styrofoam t...

Created by Blue Cat. A log of my quilting endeavors. Wednesday, February 20, 2013. One Flower Wednesday x2. We have had a very sick household here. 3 trips to the doctor and 2 emergency room trips has made a dent in my schedule and life in general. If there is an upside to this, I have gotten a lot of hand sewing done waiting for all of these appointments. Here are my 2 flowers (one from last week and one from this week). I love looking at the One Flower Wednesday. Pictures. They are very inspiration...

Viridian's blog: Tuesday Quilt Block July 28
http://viridian61.blogspot.com/2015/07/tuesday-quilt-block-july-28.html
Tuesday, July 28, 2015. Tuesday Quilt Block July 28. This past week Barbara Brackman discussed early indigo prints. Resist, discharge, block printed - they have a large scale and a certain look to them. For this week I had to buy fabric from Reproductionfabrics.com. I did not have any of these in my stash. Poor me :-) Now I find I love this look and will buy these when I see them. Against the pink this fabric looks almost black but it is a dark indigo. Lovely. Some colorful and interesting projects there!

A Blog About Things That Matter To Me. Thursday, March 27, 2008. This tutorial is intended for personal use only.*. Okay, I will start off by saying that I have had these t-shirts sitting around my house for over 3 months just taking up space. And no, before you ask, I did not steal my hubby's favorite t-shirts! Luckily the t-shirts that I have to work with are in a good array of colors so eventually it will give me a nice variety to work with. Fold it once more, making sure that you keep the 1-inch marg...

Subee Sews Quilts: I made hamburger buns!
http://subeesews.blogspot.com/2015/08/i-made-hamburger-buns.html
Saturday, August 1, 2015. I made hamburger buns! I am preparing for winter. I have 40#'s of bread flour in the freezer. Also 5 #'s of yeast are there waiting. I seem to have bread making down pat. I have occasional accidents but mostly I can be sure that the bread will come out. Http:/ www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/PrintRecipe? Don't they look marvelous? I made a 100 or so of the Disappearing 4-patch block. And I cut the leftovers into useable scraps as I went. Great stash! The bread/buns look yummy!
