The Rogers Review: Halloween.. Two Little Mermaids
http://charlotterogersreview.blogspot.com/2009/11/halloween-two-little-mermaids.html
Sunday, November 8, 2009. Halloween. Two Little Mermaids. There was a little hiccup in our plans on Halloween night, but we made the best of it.the show must go on! We went over to the Slacks house so that Caroline and Ali could tranform into two little Ariels together. Chrissie and I later questioned our idea to put make up on three year olds. Caroline was not wanting to be still, so the purple eyeshadow I was attempting to put on almost made her look like she had a black eye. not good! I am all caught ...

The Rogers Review: Carving pumpkins.. and roasting marshmallows
http://charlotterogersreview.blogspot.com/2009/11/carving-pumpkins-and-roasting.html
Friday, November 6, 2009. Carving pumpkins. and roasting marshmallows. The last few days of our trip to Little Rock included several "fall like" activities. Of course pumpkin carving was one of them. Caroline wanted to draw the face on the pumpkin herself and actually it was pretty good! Somehow toward the end of a visit you are trying to cram everything in at once and never quite get it all in. Oh well, she had the experience of it and tends to lose interest when her part in the project is done. We had ...

This is just a glimpse of our lives from a small town in Minnesota! Friday, November 21, 2008. Hello everyone. Sorry it has been so long since I've put anything on here. Lately things have been pretty crazy around here. Work is finally coming to an end, which is so nice! Martin is still working, but as long as the weather is decent, he's ok with it. This week has been tough on him with the cold and winds, so he has come home at night pretty worn out and crabby, but that's how it goes. Isaac is in 6th gra...

This is just a glimpse of our lives from a small town in Minnesota! Friday, September 4, 2009. First stop - Timberlodge in Owatonna! We were hungry and had to stop somewhere before we hit the Medford outlet Mall! We left with very full tummies! Our hotel - La Quinta Inn and Suites. And yep, we were staying on the 16th floor! Now that is a small world! He had a great time! Isaac on one of the rides! We got it anyhow! Martin has always wanted to see the "spoon with the cherry" at the Walker art center, so ...

This is just a glimpse of our lives from a small town in Minnesota! Tuesday, August 26, 2008. Our last "hooray" before school starts. Martin and Josiah acting goofy in Old Navy. Of course Martin would tell you that Josiah put him up to that, but we all know differently don't we? In front of the MN Institute of Art. Josiah in front of the cute puppy. The boys at the Mall of America trying their hands at getting some stuffed animals (like they need any more of those? And then headed to the Mall of America&...

The Quintero's: July 2008
http://thequinteros.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
This is just a glimpse of our lives from a small town in Minnesota! Sunday, July 27, 2008. I am bringing Crystal light to go packs (plenty of them) along to "sweeten" up my water as we have 32 oz jugs to bring along. Then I wonder what Martin and the boys will be doing as I'm gone? So I'm anxious to see how much gets done while I'm gone. I know how easy it is saying those words rather than actually doing them (no offense honey! One can only wish! Til then - hope you have a great week! I just find it hard...

This is just a glimpse of our lives from a small town in Minnesota! Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Injury day at school. Ok, so you have to admit that these pictures look real don't they? Well, thankfully they aren't although the cast Josiah has on was really his when he was about 4 years old. It was injury day at school and of course Josiah LOVES dressing up for those events during Homecoming week at school. Just had to share it with you cuz I think its hilarious! Look what eyeshadow and eye liner can do!
