Sunday, March 24, 2013. A Very Wet Birthday! We had Lexie's birthday celebration at Sea Life Park because her favorite movie is "Finding Nemo" and she loves ocean animals. It wasn't a sunny spring day, but a very rainy, dark and cloudy kind of day. We have the most awesome friends because they made the day fun and we had a great time despite the wet weather. Monday, April 1, 2013. When Lexie woke up on her birthday, she had a fever. We ditched our plans to take her to the bugs exhibit at the museum. Even though she wasn't feeling well, she was still in a great mood, especially when she saw two of her favorite things - Nemo and balloons! Saturday, March 2, 2013. In one year, Lexie has grown from a toddler into a little girl. We look back at her pictures from her 3rd birthday and she was such a baby. Sunday, September 23, 2012. We drove to the west side of the island where it's known to be very hot! Even at 8:00am in the morning, the sun was blazing on us. This little park is a hidden gem. If you don't live in this gated community, you wouldn't even know that it was there. Even though we were all wilting from the hot sun, Lexie still had her sense of humor. Sunday, November 11, 2012. We celebrated Lexie's special day by going to the aquarium. Her favorite movie is "Finding Nemo" so she had a list of the animals that she wanted to see. She could have stood by this tank all day. Lexie loved watching Dori. Then she found Nemo and Marlin. And in her very loud voice, she kept yelling, "I see Nemo! Another animal Lexie wanted to see was the jellyfish. We saw some sharks. Being loved by this little girl, I cannot imagine my life without her. We love you, Lexie!
