High Country Community Health. Joining Forces to do Good. Clinic nets $379K to combat heroin, opioid abuse. Clinic receives $379,000 grant to treat addiction. Stepping Stone is proud to announce that we are providing integrated services with High Country Community Health. Through a federal grant, both agencies will be working together to provide a sliding fee scale to help make treatment more affordable, and we will also be able to provide primary healthcare services onsite to enrolled patients.

High Country Community Health. Please call ahead to schedule your appointment. Intake days are currently conducted on most Wednesdays, depending on doctor availability. To make sure the admission process runs smoothly, it is best to schedule an appointment. Walk-in appointments will be accepted as time permits.
