Sunday, June 3, 2012. CLAP OUT OF IT! Oh, the clapper, what a great lil invention, right? It's probably still making a ton of money. A simple clap of the hands would take a room from darkness to light. No fussing around to turn switches, one could remain exactly where they are and clappity clap, the lights are on! Awesome, Im taking that same principle and applying to everyday motivation. After all, this is high-five fitness and the clap is the high five's uncle, Uncle Clappy he is endearingly called.

It's very simple, and I find it great for a lil ADD introspecive thought. It's also a great way to almost stop time for a brief moment and realize that it's important to savor the small things, for that, will only illuminate the brightness of the big moments. Heres an example of this simple game: What 10 things do I have to be grateful for within the past two hours?

It's how we use our tools that makes us powerful, and fire is power! Sometimes I get nervous before a workout, and I have to ask myself why? Until it fades, and normalcy resumes, and you almost feel silly for getting so excited. FUCK THAT! Remind yourself of how powerful you are and go out there and prove it to yourself again.
