She is also a cat lover and once we had a play date with Stevie and her siamese cat, Buddha. It didn't work out. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). http://heatherjaye.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Monday, 13 July 2009. Well that's me just finished exhibiting at New Designers. I had a really positive response from those who saw my work and really enjoyed talking to people about it. Many business cards were picked up so I'm hoping something may come from exhibiting? I can't wait to carry on designing so any commissions will be greatly received. as are any job offers or interviews! Think I may be chancing my luck there! But I did thouraghly enjoy the experience. All these crochet posts are new yarn bombs on watt and king streets. New crochet hand grips. These are my new bicycle handlebar grips. The bike frame is yellow and i never liked the standard black hand grips. So first i took a stanley knife to them to cut away the upright round rubber section. And then i tried out some crochet. http://heatherjaye.blogspot.com/2009/09/wallace-sewell.html
Wednesday, 23 September 2009. Well thats me almost four months into my work placement with Wallace Sewell in London and I'm really loving it. The colours and textures that the designers Emma and Harriet create in their woven scarves and throws are so inspiring to me. If you haven't seen their work before check it out at www.wallacesewell.com or find us at week 2 of the Craft Council's 'Origin' show in Sommerset House. Glad to hear your doing so well and enjoying yourself! 1 November 2009 at 13:14.
