I’m proud of my family’s history of working with our hands — my father who was an artist and magazine illustrator, my grandfather who was a master boatbuilder, and my great-grandfather who ran a machine shop. My formal degree in art was academic — highest honors in art history from Williams College. In 1974. I came to my own creative space through life drawing at the Art League. My studio is outside of Washington, DC. Maryland Federation of Art.
