Preheat oven to 350*. 1/3 c olive oil. 1 t toasted sesame oil. 2 T shoyu, tamari or soy sauce. 3 1/2 lightly packed cups chopped kale, stems and ribs removed. 1 1/2 c. usweetened large-flake coconut. 2 c cooked farro (1 c. farro to 2 c. water, boil water, add farro, lower heat for 15-20 min.). Place the melon chunks in a plastic bag and put in the freezer overnight or at least a few hours before making the drinks. Hingham High School Softball. 4 Named to All-Star Team. Four members of Hingham’s varsity squad were named to this year’s All-Star Game. Catherine Chittick, Amber Craft, Rachel Genovese, and Sara Page each earned a spot on the All-Star roster. The game will be played Tuesday night at Mitchell McCoy Field in Quincy. Defense Excels, Offense Lags. Hingham lost 1-0 at Notre Dame on Thursday, but put up a tough fight. Defensively the team played very well, but there was simply no offense to accompany it.
