Welcome to HIstoric Oak furniture Boards
These boards were cut from trees that were free standing ox lot pasture trees on the John Jay Homestead, a New York State Historic Site. The tree ring count indicates that these trees were planted before 1776. Boards are ready for purchase and use. Stickered and air dried since March 2009. Possibly no kiln needed. Lengths of 7’, 8’6 , 9’3 , and 10’2. Many book match pairs. Have quartered flaked figures. Easy to work with. High end products already produced.
