Mike Shirley: Stories
http://dinner-table-stories.blogspot.com/2013/06/stories-really-good-stories.html
Wednesday, June 19, 2013. Stories, really good stories. I love stories. Stories from my childhood, stories from my kids growing up, stories from the past of all kinds. But really good stories are not the ones I write down. They don't get repeated to friends. The really good stories are the ones I tell myself. I tell myself these in the dark of night when my brain can't quite stop enough for sleep to surface. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. There was an error in this gadget.

Before long we has nearly 20 staff members in a frenzy of physical activity, each trying to outdo one another in . moving! Today I came back from our District spelling Bee where we crowned ch...

http://dinner-table-stories.blogspot.com/2012/07/The-Little-Brown-Headed-Girl.html
Tuesday, July 24, 2012. The Little Brown Headed Girl. My first school was a small elementary school in Lithia Springs named Annette Winn Elementary, and my first grade teacher was a battle ax of a woman named Mrs. Harris. Why was she a battle ax?
