It began with the waxing of the Full Buck Moon. It was almost like praying. Our White-fleshed pitahaya,. Began to send a bud towards the heavens as it did last August. Under the Full Sturgeon Moon. Bringing history alive as we continue our San Diego adventures. Ocean gleanings →. A Rio Grande turkey interlude. April 26, 2015. As mentioned in my previous post. Our mountain campsite was in a secluded area of William Heise County Park, where we were close to nature. We spent 5 days here and it seemed like the surrounding wildlife became more comfortable with us as each day passed. His front displayed an impressive beard and a set of bright red caruncles. The fleshy protuberance just above the beak.

This Cancer Thing: The Latest 6-Monther

http://lymphopixie.blogspot.com/2015/04/the-latest-6-monther.html

Wednesday, April 15, 2015. It's an interesting thing, living your life in 6-month increments, leapfrogging from one CT scan and oncology appointment to the next. For 5-1/2 months, everything's blessedly normal - work, errands, camping, yard work, etc. - then about two weeks prior to the next CT appointment, the scanaxiety kicks in and BAM! Yeh, I know: I'm a drama queen. Many people told me not to worry, that this CT will be fine - I've been feeling great and remain asymptomatic. Since I'm always seated ...

The (not so) Small Small Trailer. Weekend adventures in our 16 ft. Airstream Bambi and 25fb International. Step Inside 16ft Bambi. Step Inside 25fb International. February 21, 2016. A winter adventure – quite by accident! I hope they’re enjoying it as much as we did. The weather at the beach was cold and WINDY! Our one attempt at a campfire during the week – put it out 20 minutes later. So cold that the sand was frozen. Would you believe it was about 25 degrees! Love the soft light against the mountains.

California poppies are so pretty! I loved all the fun colors!
