The Sunshine Coast Turf Club has fantastic training facilities including the Cushion Track installed in April 2008. This all weather track is a fantastic training surface and racing track. All trainers, owner-trainers and trackwork riders must be registered with Racing Queensland prior to commence track work at Corbould Park. Jumpouts at the Sunshine Coast track are held every Tuesday, except when Official Trials are programmed, alternating between the Cushion Track and No.2 Grass (subject to the grass being suitable to use). Cushion Track distances are 400m, 1000m and 1400m. No2 Grass Track distances are 400m, 850m and 1270m. The cost is $20 (plus GST) per nomination for locally trained horses.
