Archive for July, 2009. MD Training 7/12/09 – 7/25/09. Posted in MD Training Log. On July 30, 2009 1 Comment. Week of 7/12 – 7/18. Sun – 60:00 easy with Randy. Mon – AM 90:00 solo / PM 28:00. Tues – AM 42:00 / PM 33:00 including 10 x 20/40. During the PM run, I felt pretty ragged but ended up finishing with a 5:20 on a marked mile doing 20/40s. Wed – AM Track workout / PM 34:00 quick pace. Workout was 10 x 300 with 300 jog recovery. 300s felt pretty smooth, but I was a bit tired overall. The race upfront...
