You start out with just a line an then go from there.each picture is one more step in the process. The girls with our finished paintings! Front Row: Beth, Sonnet, Jill. Back row: Me, Theresa, Lisa. Gregg and I took a date night and went down and rode the ferris wheel that is now on the waterfront in Seattle. It was fun. You get quite a long ride. The view is incredible. There was LOTS of bike riding.

When Gregg has a hockey game (season ticket holder for the Everett Silvertips) that falls on Date Night, we usually get me a ticket and go to that. I don't LOVE them like Gregg does, but it's fun to go to a game or two every year. So, we usually have dinner and then head to the game. It's fun. Nice strong beer, held up over night finished the next day. Another fantastic beer from the Trappists. Thoughts from the Ridge. Wednesday, November 26, 2014. Jody and I were at the Cheese Importers. In Longmont and ran across a kit to make your own mozzarella. So we said to ourselves, "We've seen them make it on TV, how hard can it be". So we decided to get the kit and then off to the store to get the ingredients. Luckily it really doesn't take much: a gallon of whole milk, some rennet, salt, and citric acid. Gather all the ingredients and instructions. Start heating the whole milk. G's All Around Me.
