The following recipe makes 12 standard sized cupcakes. 4 oz Caster Sugar. 4 oz Self Raising Flour. 2 fl oz Malibu. 1/2 a shredded Bounty. A few drops of Vanilla extract. Depending on how chocolatey you like your cupcakes, it's really up to you, I usually sprinkle enough to cover the top surface of my cake mix. 8 oz Icing Sugar. 2 fl oz Malibu. A few drops of Vanilla extract. Hope you all enjoy making these as much as I did!
