This year for Thanksgiving my food assignment is rolls. I'm so excited to make them because I FINALLY have my recipe perfected (in my mind anyway). Hopefully you will agree. I cannot tell you how many times I have adjusted and tweaked this recipe. 2 c warm milk. 1 cup honey (substitute w/ sugar if needed). 1/3 c butter, room temp. 5 to 5 1/2 cups flour.
