Embracing the Paradox: June 2010
http://embracingtheparadox.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
I choose to embrace the life that I have in Jesus, especially when it seems like a paradox. Saturday, June 5, 2010. Mandi and Levi both made the All stars. This year. We had two tournaments today. One here and the other an hour away. I stayed here with Levi. He had a 10:00, 12:00, and 2:00 game. The last one had rain delay, so we were there until 6:30. Levi didn't play much. He is more of a substitute player. She was doing so well on her walk, but things are changing. Grace came home with the dog tag...

Embracing the Paradox: God's Heartbeat
http://embracingtheparadox.blogspot.com/2011/09/gods-heartbeat.html
I choose to embrace the life that I have in Jesus, especially when it seems like a paradox. Tuesday, September 13, 2011. It was just the two of us. The others had gone to Night of Joy. We had already bought a new outfit and eaten supper. Now we were in a quiet house, with a few hours before bedtime. As we sat on the kitchen floor, chatting, she said, "Let's play the ukulele. I know how to play a few chords.". How does she know these things? September 14, 2011 at 3:21 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Embracing the Paradox: August 2010
http://embracingtheparadox.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
I choose to embrace the life that I have in Jesus, especially when it seems like a paradox. Thursday, August 19, 2010. I was talking to our worship leader about the songs we sing. He said he was tired of a certain song and I chimed in that I was tired of many of the songs we sing. He said he wasn't really tired of them, he just wanted to have more variety. We proceeded to start the service and I stood in my normal position on the left side of the stage, behind the keyboard. Tuesday, August 10, 2010.

I choose to embrace the life that I have in Jesus, especially when it seems like a paradox. Wednesday, December 28, 2011. Maybe it is because she is my last baby. Maybe it is because she has the cutest smile ever. Maybe it is because she has her first loose tooth, (which she is ecstatic about by the way). But today I today I looked at her teeth and was overwhelmed my their cuteness. You can imagine my delight and surprise when I read this today in our read aloud, Peter Pan. Aww brought tears to my eyes!

Embracing the Paradox: That Girl!
http://embracingtheparadox.blogspot.com/2011/07/that-girl.html
I choose to embrace the life that I have in Jesus, especially when it seems like a paradox. Friday, July 15, 2011. My girl, Mandi, has taken to music like a fish takes to the water. When I watch her play, I get the feeling that every mother loves to get. I get the feeling that she is doing what she was created to do. She works hard, like 9 hours in a day hard, but she wouldn't do it if she didn't love it. I want to be like That Girl! I wanna be like that girl too! July 15, 2011 at 1:08 PM. November 5, 20...
