Homestead Land Holdings Ltd., Kingston is Illegally Entering Tenant's Apartments. They lie, say it's an emergency, even though it's an inspection that requires a 24-hour written notice to tenants. The Landlord Tenant Board allows them to do this. All they have to say is that it's an emergency. Well, I have proof of 1 of their lies, in the form of an e-mail from Cheryl Lambert herself. In it she states the so-called emergency on the 13th, won't be repaired until the 19th. Emergency? NO!!!
