Thursday, November 3, 2011. One of my goals for November (that I completely forgot to write down) is to incorporate core work into my routine more often. I already get a few minutes of core at my Tuesday and Thursday strength classes, so 10 minutes after my Sunday spins seems like the perfect time to add some extra work in. My blog has been dying a slow death the past few months (arguably, years) and instead of life support, I finally decided to put the nail in the coffin. I’ve cooked and eaten a lot of delicious things and met a lot of great friends and connections throughout the 8 (! Years that this blog has been around. I hope to continue to remain active in the local food community in future ventures. For now, I will keep hosting this site as a lot of my favourite.
