Two Wheels the hard way: The Early Days
http://2wheelsthehardway.blogspot.com/p/early-days.html
Two Wheels the hard way. I have been steeped in two wheels ever since I can remember, even though I started of on a trike I knew two wheels was the only way to go. It seemed almost magical that art of balance and once mastered a whole new world explodes at your feet. A new chapter is entered into the book of life that can promise fresh air, adventure and the presence of a healthy soul and mind and of course exercise. My new bike was heaven but I quickly out grew it. My ambition was a racer, those dro...

http://hondavfr1200.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, 18 September 2010. After a day spent doing the garden, a nice evening run seemed a good way to finish of the day and it did not let me down, wonderful bike, perfect balance of power, comfort and real road handling. Lovely machine. Links to this post. Tuesday, 7 September 2010. Just everyday commute miles but its been overtaken by the Pan which now has over 1800 miles and is a good 2 months newer. http://hondavfr1200.blogspot.com/2011/11/had-amazing-500-mile-day-out-around.html
Wednesday, 9 November 2011. Had an amazing 500 mile day out around Scotland, comfort was just perfect, way beyond my expectations. Without doubt I could have done more. It is a truly brilliant bike, being under utilised by me, but I have to say it was made for me, I just wish I could get out on it a bit more. Ah well there is always next year. http://hondavfr1200.blogspot.com/2011/06/2229-miles.html
Thursday, 2 June 2011. Bike went for it's annual service, nice to be on it again, the poor bike has been neglected and the ST1300 has been getting the miles. Time to re-bond, but i have had it over a year, it's had an annual service which was very reasonable. It's such a brilliant bike to ride, i am going to make a lot more reasons to get more miles under my belt. It is a awesome bike, so easy to ride. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Sunday, 30 September 2012. 3700 miles - End of Season. I got the service and panel replaced, I have only managed an abysmally poor 600 miles, I have been using the bike this month but it is it's last day today as I will now sorn it for the winter. By the time I re-tax it, it will be three years old and due it's first MOT. Goodness me, I will have owned a bike long enough to MOT it. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). My Bikes Past and Present. http://hondavfr1200.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, 19 August 2010. Trip to Edinburgh, very enjoyable, I am amazed how easy it is to switch between the VFR and the Pan. Both Awesome bikes. Links to this post. Sunday, 15 August 2010. A solo Scottish circuit of 150 miles today. In the last 5 weeks it has been nothing but the Pan. So when the opportunity arose to give the VFR a blast, I felt duty bound to do so. I was curious, had i missed it, would it feel strange, was the love affair over, has the Pan damaged the VFR's position. I then headed bac...
