The Spindler Clan: October 2009
http://ourspindlerclan.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 31, 2009. Tonight was a hit! The kids had fun and the weather which we were worried about all day cooperated.except it was a bit windy, but at least it wasn't raining! Grandma and Grandpa arrived yesterday and the kids have just been overly (can't emphasize that enough) excited about them being here for Halloween. They all looked great! It was so fun seeing all the costumes and kids. Keaton as a robot! Carson as a construction worker! Our cute little pink butterfly! He wanted a bat!

Tuesday, February 16, 2010. UPDATE ON KITCHEN CABINETS. UPDATE: Here is a picture of the kitchen cabinets after doing the beadboard insets. Remember that these were the darker oak cabinets. Now all that is left is to do the backsplash which hopefully we will get to this fall! It will eventually get there! But I LOVE the way the cabinets turned out. DIY project for less than $100.00! Anyway, I will post pics when the project is complete! Posted by Spindler Clan. Cant wait to see pictures! Something’...

The Spindler Clan: Finally Healthy
http://ourspindlerclan.blogspot.com/2010/02/finally-healthy.html
Tuesday, February 16, 2010. It's been a crazy month as far as our health goes. Katie had broncholitis and an ear infection early in the month. She would get coughing so hard she would throw up! She did that for about four days straight. Felt so bad for her. Then the stomach bug arrived at our house early last week and we all got it except for Katie, thank goodness! It took about 5 days before we all felt like eating again! Looking forward to catching up with them! Posted by Spindler Clan.

The Spindler Clan: December 2009
http://ourspindlerclan.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 21, 2009. Breakfast with Santa 2009. Carson's preschool does a "Breakfast with Santa" every year for the families. The kids love it and the food is great! I volunteered at the event from 8-9:30am and then came home to get the boys. Katie was napping so Matt stayed home with her! I don't think she would have sat on Santa's lap anyway! This year Keaton asked Santa for a computer and Carson asked for a fire station along with a remote control Monster Truck! We'll see if Santa delivers!

Katie (shy of turning 1 yr.) is keeping us all on our toes with her level of activity! I am going to try and catch up by getting Christmas/New Year pics up this week! We did a lot of fun things over break but unfortunately I didn't always have my camera! Stay tuned and check back in a week and hopefully there will be some new pics! Posted by Spindler Clan.

My Life in NC Part 2: An apple a day keeps the vet away
http://hookfamilync2.blogspot.com/2011/06/apple-day-keeps-vet-away.html
My Life in NC Part 2. Saturday, June 25, 2011. An apple a day keeps the vet away. Last night Edgar introduced Ella to frog hunting. It was 11pm, dark, they were wandering up and down the street. I had no idea what they were doing. By the time I realized they were ridding the street of frogs it was too late. Ella squished one monster frog in her mouth and spit it out. Absolutely disgusting! Or with my luck she'll be puking up apple sauce tonight. Never a dull moment over here. June 25, 2011 at 10:36 AM.

My Life in NC Part 2: July 2011
http://hookfamilync2.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
My Life in NC Part 2. Sunday, July 10, 2011. So much for tradition. Gosh the girls start 1st and 3rd grade tomorrow. As always I am sad, this time sad that I no longer have a kindergartener and am one step closer to being a mother of two teenage girls. Where does the time go? Today I took them back to school clothes shopping, not because they were well behaved,of course not, but because I remember so looking forward to this tradition every year as a child. But on a good note she is very easily persuaded&...
