Sitting on my balcony this morning, my eyes were getting puffy and I couldn't stop sneezing. Finally I had to come inside to find some tissues. Perfection is the Enemy of Done. Monday, April 09, 2012. Last night I was searching the internet for anything that might be relevant to my current symptoms. In the process I stumbled upon a few items of interest:. 1 Regular exercise is important for digestive health (e.g. bowel transit time). 2 Drinking plenty of fluids can reduce constipation by flushing out your system. 3 Eating too fast and not chewing food completely can lead to bloating (by swallowing air). To help with the constipation, and have noticed that the constipation and bloating seem to happen in tandem. But it's not clear what that means, or if it was just a coincidence. The fact that I don't feel completely better seems to indicate a "yes". But if that's the case, am I just wasting my time with the diet or could it actually be making a dent in the bacteria population? Starting over, sort of.
