The Initial Appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. You will be asked to fill out the Client Information and Patient History form. We typically ask you not to feed your pet that morning, in case that certain procedures such as anesthesia or an abdominal ultrasound are necessary as part of your pet’s evaluation. Water is always allowed. If your pet is diabetic, please inform our staff at the time you set up the appointment. We will likely ask you to feed your pet as usual.
