New friends at Breath of Life Church in Lupang Pangako and the Youth Apostolate of the Nazareno Chapel in Payatas B, made it possible to share Hope Afloat dry bag kits with 50 young school children. Dagat-dagatan, Malabon City. From Dagat-dagatan Malabon City who were the first beneficiaries of Hope Afloat. More specifically, our first group of beneficiaries were 6. Grade public school students, aged 11-13. All of whom are residing in the Dagat-dagatan, Malabon City area. Due to yearlong floods. In fact, according to the MMDA (Metro Manila Development Authority), Letre Road (also known as Dagat-dagatan) in the city of Malabon is one of the most flood-prone areas in Metro Manila.
