The team pooled some money and sent Noé to buy soccer balls this morning, after seeing the huge impact at yesterday’s school. We brought two balls and a bag of jump ropes, and the kids had a fantastic play time. This school was too poor to have a courtyard, but they had a large open field that the kids could play in.

The most recent team spent Friday February 10, 2012 visiting a school way up in the Guatemalan mountains, in a village called Cuchilla de Paja which means "like a corner of dry grass". We brought chicken soup, homemade cookies, soccer balls, pinatas and love to about 75 kids! The following smiles say it all!

My most recent trip to Guatemala in February was all about sharing food. I was completely in my element! The more hands the better!
