As a result, the pack of cards of Estonian tourist source markets has dramatically changed since 2007. Whereas in 2007 the top 3 incoming markets were Finland, Sweden and Germany, in 2009 Russia has taken a solid second place with Sweden and Germany more or less tied for 3rd and 4th positions.
