Both of these ideas proved more difficult than anticipated and more expensive but have been accomplished. Extensive renovation to the 1200 SF first floor included a new HVAC system, new electric wiring plus CAT5 for video and internet. The unfinished 800 SF second floor with a separate outside entrance is a perfect studio size overlooking the huge mouth of Hidden River Cave.
