Alex and Aaron enjoyed body surfing and Jacob stayed far far away from the water. It was delightful. The boys and I attended a huge San Jose scouting event called Scout-a-Rama. We went to Evanston for a family photo shoot on Saturday and attend Halon's blessing on Sunday. The photo shoot was done at a Renovated Mechanics Shop where they used to fix trains. It was a beautiful room and the boys kept themselves occupied for hours while we took pictures. Lots of pictures. Alisabeth was a natural at holding little Halon. He just stared at her. He shares his birthday with Papa so the two of them celebrated at Filiberto's Mexican Restaurant in Mesa. We kind of took over the whole restaurant, brought in our own cakes, sang our songs, let the kids run wild. It was a great party. Monday, July 29, 2013. Arizona in the Summertime. Wednesday, December 26, 2007. Our annual tradition . re-enacting the Nativity Story. Something sweet, spiritual, and eventually funny happens during this part of the evening. Grandpa Haroldsen reads from Luke as the kiddos listen (at least, they try to) and it is something we look forward to every year. . Since we'd love to be in Hawaii at Christmastime . we decorated Parker's room w/ a tree and of course, Dancing Santa. (fabulous mural provided by Auntie Michelle! We had a wonderful Christmas Day!

Sunday, September 11, 2011. To start off with, I have some amazing kids. I just really love them. We are living in a wonderful house. It is the best place we have lived, in my opinion. We have a fenced back yard, a garden, plenty of space, our back yard goes up to the elementary school, etc. I like it. We have a good ward and great neighbors.
