Bubbles from the stagnant pond. Thursday, December 14, 2006. Catch of the day. Tuesday was Junior School fishing day at Wellesley. We duly went along to the Days Bay Wharf and Pierre set himself up and decided to drop the line over while we waited for the boys. Within minutes he had a decent sized spotty and we were fearful that that would be our lot for the day and Chalres would miss out. How wrong we were! Charles watched as those around in pulled up small spotties (10 - 15 cm). 5 years is a long time.

The last few days of June were spent in some Disneyland fun, and now we are sorting and unpacking back in the Wellington house.

Bubbles from the stagnant pond. Friday, May 25, 2007. Christopher is growing up quickly and has many amusing phrases, one quickly learns what one says most often when a toddler is parroting you. Apparently I say "okay" alot, but when Christopher say it it comes out 'kay and sounds very cute! We are going to Woodhatton Playcentre just around the corner this term, a hang over from last term when I was working, but we visited Alicetown last week and are looking forward to being back there next term!

This is Christophers response when asked where his glasses are. After two days of hunting I am beginning to believe he might be right! Usually when he has taken of his specs and thrown them away he will take you and show you were. Not this time. House is looking tidier as result of search but still no glasses.
