How many crunches, situps, pushups, miles ran and/or walked,leg lifts, lifts with 10 lb. dumbells,or anything else you can think of do you reccommend a day? I agree with your doctor. You seem to be a bit skinny right now. Don't worry about getting fat until you get to around 120. My doctor told me that I shouldn't weigh less than 120 or more than 130 when I was 5'2" and that was when I was 13. Donot increase ur fat increase ur weight. ur weight is less now.
