It Takes Two Three!: Saturday in Breuckelen
http://twinsome.blogspot.com/2011/07/saturday-in-breuckelen.html
Sunday, July 17, 2011. Roaming the streets of B'klyn. High praise indeed.). View from the burger stand. Note the Staten Island ferry! We then headed over to our free tour of this restored Lehigh Valley railroad barge (the last one surviving) and cute little red tugboat who pulls him around, both circa 1910. And then even more cuteness. next we went to an old timey ice cream parlor soda fountain counter. The pharmacy was on a very important street. Purposefully not smiling for the picture, the little devil.

Saturday, January 7, 2012. Happy New Year From The Land of Enchantment. We miss all our friends and family! Well, here are some quick things I've learned in the last few months:. It's hard to uproot yourself. I miss my playground mom friends, my twin mom friends, my fun co-workers, and all of our dear friends and family, almost all of whom seem to still live in NYC or the East Coast. I miss Fresh Direct. (ordering groceries online which are then delivered right to your door. The twins are going to a cute...

It Takes Two Three!: January 2011
http://twinsome.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 30, 2011. She has a sense of humor about it, I think. Miss Clara actually slept for 3 three hour chunks of time last night! Now I will be stocking up on said tummy drops. She still wants nothing to do with falling asleep in her crib all by herself- but we have time to work on that. Smiling at big brother, the photographer. Henry, fishing for praise: "Mommy, say: 'look at this photographer. Taking a picture of Clara.'". Thursday, January 27, 2011. You wish, mom. Clara has proven herself to...

Back in design school, my equally theoretical roommate came across The Church Problem in a Harvard Design Journal. It runs like this:.

It Takes Two Three!: May 2011
http://twinsome.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 10, 2011. My baby is 5 months! I don't know how it happened but all of a sudden it is warm spring weather and Clara is a cooing, rolling, drooling, smiling expert. She is even starting to scoot backwards on her blanket. ohhh, I love a five month old -it's the perfect baby age! Chelsea, our sweet babysitter, is a lady of many talents, and one of them is photography! She took most of the photos in this post. (she also has a blog here. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A Sort of Life.

This is not the same thing as owning a suburban plot of less than an acre. What, exactly, kind of economic (and thereby political) independence can you reap from a few hundred feet of ground?
